What is an exam test voucher?

Exam test vouchers are an easy form of payment that covers the entire cost of your exam.  ATG offers exam test vouchers at a discount to save you money.

How can I order exam test vouchers?

New customers may order vouchers through our online store or by telephone.  Established customers have the option of participating in our Voucher Order Direct (VOD) program.  To place a VOD order, simply send an email requesting the voucher and quantity you desire and we will bill you through your most recent payment method.  Please be sure to include VOD in the email subject line.

How soon can I expect my exam test vouchers?

ATG will process and ship your order within 1 business day or less.  Usually, vouchers are emailed to you within a few minutes of ordering during regular business hours.  For online orders, you will receive an immediate confirmation of order message.

Are the exam test vouchers purchased from ATG transferable?

Yes, others can use exam test vouchers purchased from ATG, but only with your approval.  Exam test vouchers to the purchaser and are not assigned to any one person.

Exam Registration

Can I use ATG vouchers to schedule my tests through Prometric or VUE directly?

Yes.  You can receive your voucher numbers via email by requesting it in your order. Of course, test registration through ATG is absolutely free and convenient.

What is the advantage of not getting my voucher numbers and letting ATG handle my test registration?

- Security! ATG prevents any misuse of your test vouchers while you are preparing for your tests.

- ATG saves you time and money! Your registration process is simplified since ATG handles all of the steps for you in one order.

Should I be concerned about purchasing and scheduling my tests through ATG?

Absolutely not! ATG is an authorized Prometric and VUE testing center.  ATG has registered several thousand testers in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.  ATG has also been awarded Yahoo’s Top Service Star.

How far in advance should I schedule my test?

We recommend at least one business day in advance.  In most cases you may register your test on the day you are ready to take your test or any number of days in advance provided your desired testing center is open and has an available time slot.

How long is my test registration good for?

All tests must be completed by the expiration date of the voucher used for your registration. If you desire to change the exam date provided to ATG, please inquire about the expiration date of the voucher used.

How fast will my test be scheduled when I register with ATG?

Your exam will be registered as quickly as you need it. When you register with ATG by phone, your test will be scheduled right away. When you register online with ATG, your test will be scheduled within 1 business day. Either way, you will receive an email confirmation for your registration.

Can I cancel or reschedule my test (change the test date) through ATG?

ATG helps with your initial scheduling of your test. If you need to cancel or reschedule please call Prometric or VUE one (1) business day before your exam by 7pm Central Time or your funds will be forfeited.

Can I cancel or reschedule my test on the day it is scheduled for?

No. If you need to cancel or reschedule please call Prometric or VUE one (1) business day in advance by 7pm Central Time or your funds will be forfeited.

Can I retake a failed exam and still get the discounts?

Vouchers can only be used once for a registration.  To receive a discount when you register for the exam again, just call ATG at (888) TEST.4.LESS or (888) 837.8453 to purchase another voucher.

How many times can I retake a test?

All retake policies are set by the exam providers, such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco.  In most cases there is a required waiting period of one day or more in order to upload and process results before you can register for the exam again.  For more details, please refer to the exam provider’s website.

What is Microsoft's retake policy?

Microsoft certification candidates may take the same exam twice within any time frame. Candidates must wait two (2) weeks on third (3rd) and subsequent attempts for the same test.

What is CompTIA's retake policy?

CompTIA certification candidates may take the same exam twice within any time frame. Candidates must wait thirty (30) days on third (3rd) and subsequent attempts for the same test.

What is Cisco’s retake policy?

Cisco Certification candidates may retake any exam after a mandatory waiting period of five (5) days.

Can I get a receipt for my test registration?

Yes. ATG sends a confirmation email to you including what you purchased with prices and payment information. The second half of the email contains your receipt.

What is Yahoo's "Top Service Star" status?

The "Top Service Star" next to ATG's name is a sign of superlative quality, decided by our customers, and awarded by Yahoo!

It means that ATG is participating in Yahoo's independent Customer Rating Program, and that customers who have ordered from ATG have given us the highest ratings.

Nearly all Yahoo! stores have good customer satisfaction ratings, but those with a star are the best of the best, with at least 95% positive ratings.

What is your refund / exchange policy?

ATG is proud to be the only company in the world that offers its customers a refund or exchange option.  Refunds can be requested from ATG within thirty (30) days from the order date; provided the exam test voucher has not been sent to the customer or a test has not been scheduled. Partial refunds can be requested for the test packages within thirty (30) days from the order date. For the partial refunds, the regular price of completed and / or scheduled test(s) will be subtracted. All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee. There will be no refund available once the voucher numbers have been emailed to you.
