Formed in 1982, CompTIA, the Computing Technology Industry Association, is proud to be the world's largest developer of vendor-neutral Information Technology certification exams! Representing more than 22,000 member companies in over 100 countries around the world, CompTIA helps its members stay competitive and profitable by providing vendor- neutral standards in certification, e-commerce, customer service, and workforce development to meet these industry-wide challenges.
Best known for the CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, CompTIA offers many certifications in key technology areas.
Many of CompTIA's certifications satisfy required electives or are prerequisites for other, more advanced certifications, such as Microsoft's MCSA and MCSE certifications. Effective January 1, 2011, all new CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Storage+, CompTIA Mobility+, CompTIA Cloud+ and CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) certifications are valid for three years from the date the candidate is certified. These certifications will be denoted with a "ce" designation which means they will expire three years from the date certified. If the certification is not renewed within the three years, candidates will no longer be certified and must retake the exam to reactivate their certification.
These CompTIA exam vouchers can be used at any VUE testing center in the U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico.
CompTIA exam test vouchers have an expiration of up to one (1) year.
